This Privacy Policy applies to the WOW Factor Co. website and its presentation of Retailfluence™, including information processed through the site. It does not govern information handled through a separate client engagement, contract, platform, or third-party website, each of which may be subject to different terms or notices.
Information processed
Website and hosting data
When you access the site, the hosting infrastructure and network services used to deliver it may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time of access, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. This information is generally created automatically as part of delivering and protecting a website.
Website assets
The site’s typography, logos, images, styles, and scripts are hosted with the website. The site does not currently request fonts, analytics, or advertising resources from third-party browser services.
Work With Us form
When you submit the Work With Us form, WOW Factor Co. receives the engagement intent you select, your email address, and the business or transformation context you provide. Netlify Forms processes and stores the submission on WOW Factor Co.’s behalf and may also process standard technical or anti-spam information associated with it. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information that is not needed for your inquiry.
How information is used
Technical website information may be processed to:
